Delete Your Pulnyx Account

Operator: Innovanyx, Inc., a Georgia (USA) corporation (“Innovanyx,” “we,” “us”). Pulnyx is our fitness, nutrition, and wellness app (“the app”).

This page explains how to permanently delete your Pulnyx account and the data that goes with it. You can delete your account at any time, for any reason, using either method below. This page works together with our Privacy Policy, which describes our data practices in full.

Please read before you delete:

• Deletion is permanent. Everything is erased permanently. This cannot be undone, and we cannot recover your account or data afterward.

• Deleting your account does NOT cancel a Google Play subscription. Billing is between you and Google; deleting our records does not stop it. Cancel your subscription in the Play Store (Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) before or after deleting, or Google will keep charging you.

• Data already synced to Health Connect stays on your device. That data is yours, stored in Android’s Health Connect on your phone, and it is not ours to delete. You can manage or remove it yourself in your phone’s Health Connect settings.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

Open Pulnyx and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted. The warning screen will remind you that this is permanent.

In-app deletion takes effect immediately: your account is closed and your personal data is removed from our production systems.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app (for example, you’ve uninstalled it or lost your device), you can request deletion by email:

From the email address registered to your Pulnyx account, send an email to privacy@innovanyx.com.
Use the subject line “Delete my account.”
We will reply to that address to verify the request is really from you. We can only accept requests sent from the account’s registered email. This protects your account from someone else trying to delete it.

Once verified, we complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email when it’s done.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently erase your personal data from our production systems, including:

Your account and profile (email, name, date of birth, goals, preferences, allergies).
Everything you logged: food and nutrition logs, recipes and saved meals, workouts, body measurements, and fasting sessions.
All health data synced from Health Connect to our servers (our copies; see the note above about the data on your device).
AI-generated coaching, insights, and other information derived from your data (Premium).
Your subscription status records in our systems (this does not cancel Google Play billing; see the warning above).

Copies in our encrypted backups are removed automatically when those backups expire on their normal cycle. We may retain minimal records where the law requires it (for example, records of the deletion request itself).
